Rich Dog LLC ( Rich Dog Pet Cleanup Service )
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the pet waste removal services provided by Rich Dog LLC ( Rich Dog Pet Cleanup Service) (“Company”) to the customer (“Client”).
1. Services
The Company provides pet waste removal and related yard sanitation services at the service address provided by the Client. Service frequency may be weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, or as otherwise agreed upon.
2. Property Access
The Client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring service.
- Gates must be unlocked and accessible during the scheduled service window.
- The Client is responsible for notifying the Company of any access changes.
3. Pet Safety
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all pets are secured or are non-aggressive during service visits.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service if a pet appears aggressive or poses a safety risk.
- The Company is not responsible for pets that escape due to faulty gates, fences, or enclosures.
4. Service Interruptions
Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:
Severe weather
Unsafe property conditions
Natural disasters
Dangerous unsafe dogs left in the yard
Circumstances beyond the Company’s control
Holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial day)
5. Billing and Payment
This is a pre-paid service. Clients pay in advance for the month, and services are provided throughout that month.
- Weekly payment options are also available.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Month to month cancel service anytime
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a client believes the service was not completed properly, we will return to re-clean the area or provide a credit for that visit.
8. Property Conditions
The Company is not responsible for:

Existing damage to lawns, landscaping, irrigation systems, gates, or fencing.

Hidden hazards, holes, debris, or unsafe conditions on the property.

Damage resulting from defective gates, fences, or property structures.
The Client agrees to inform the Company of any known hazards before service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim arising from its services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Photos and Documentation
The Company may take photographs for quality control, documentation, training, or dispute resolution purposes. Photos will not be sold or publicly shared without permission except as required by law.
11. Service Agreement Changes
The Company may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes to Terms – Notification and Acceptance: Rich Dog LLC may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website. Unless otherwise stated in the notice, the revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
